Whole body infrared therapy has been used for over 80 years by German physicians. In 1965 it was used exclusively by medical practitioners in Japan until being released for public use in 1979.Dr. Imamura in Japan put 25 men with heart disease in an infrared sauna 15 minutes a day for two weeks. The results were: significantly lowered blood pressure, significant weight loss, significantly lowered blood sugar, significantly increased blood flow, lowered cholesterol, and lowered triglycerides! These results were published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology in 2001.Infrared saunas are showing great promise in helping cancer patients and almost all top cancer facilities and holistic doctors around the world are now using them as part of their cancer treatment and prevention. At 109 degrees, cancer cells die. In repeated infrared sauna treatments, resistance of cancer cells become weaker while immune function gets stronger as tumor cells get weaker.
